Terms and Conditions for Redeeming Loyalty Points
- For every purchase of any AloEx product totaling 25 baht or more, members will receive 1 reward point.
- Members can check their accumulated points in the system after confirming receipt of the product or seven days after the product is shipped.
- Points earned will be calculated based on the net payment amount only. Any decimal fractions remaining from the calculation will not be added to other payment amounts and cannot be redeemed as reward points.
- Reward points can be used as a discount in place of cash (1 point = 1 baht) and/or redeemed for rewards once the required number of points has been accumulated.
- Exchanging rewards for products cannot be selected by color or size.
- Reward points cannot be transferred to other accounts or exchanged for cash.
- Points will expire on December 31st of each year.
- Accumulated points that can be used as cash discounts or redeemed for rewards cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
- The company reserves the sole discretion to determine the terms and conditions for point accumulation, and reserves the right to change, modify, or cancel the point accumulation and redemption without prior notice.
- In the event of any disputes arising regarding the accumulation of points or redemption of rewards, the company's decision shall be final and binding.
- Free gifts are limited in quantity. The company reserves the right to change the free gift items in case of stock depletion without prior notice.
